Terms and conditions
If the above information does not match our account records, we may contact the phone number and email listed on the account to verify the delivery request. The third-party carrier reserves the right to require ID upon delivery. If no eligible adult is present, the delivery may be canceled, and a re-delivery fee may apply. The receiver must be at least 21 years of age and be able to receive the wine. We strive to have wine delivered within 48 hours of delivery request (however, we will make reasonable attempts to get it to you sooner if needed). Please indicate which times the wine can be delivered, so the appropriate person is available to sign. If the account owner is not going to be signing for the wine, please indicate who will sign.
Trunk and Barrel coordinates outbound delivery of Tenant’s Wine to a designated recipient. Outbound deliveries require at least 48 hours’ advance notice (however we will try to get it to you sooner if needed), and potentially more subject to capacity constraints and carrier availability and must comply with all applicable alcohol transportation laws. Trunk and Barrel is not a licensed alcohol transporter and will facilitate logistics via licensed third-party carrier services.
The parties agree that the provision of Ancillary Services described herein, including but not limited to handling, stocking, organizing, inventorying, or facilitating delivery of Wine, does not create a bailment or custodial relationship between Trunk and Barrel and Tenant. The Tenant retains all ownership, control, and responsibility for the Wine stored in the Wine Unit and assumes all risks associated with the same.
Trunk and Barrel is not responsible for spoilage, breakage (including but not limited to during handling, packaging, or transit), mislabeling, contamination, disappearance, or valuation errors.
